I'm finally under 160 lbs!
I started training for a 5k in May and then got lazy and picked it back up in June. I didn't really lose any weight like I wanted, I actually maintained my weight because of the muscle I gained.
Today I'm at 158 lbs and have completed 2 5Ks in the past 2 weekends. I have another one this weekend.
I would really like to get to 145-150 by January!
