Even with all my steps in a week, I am still not losing weight. :(

I will try again this week and hopefully I can finally get off this plateau and the weight will go down!
150.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 30.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 1.0 lb a week

Diet's important too. It might be that you're consuming too many calories to offset your increase in steps. Keep searching & good luck. :)
