Lost a little. Will try to eat better food and write it down/track it BEFORE I eat it. I will also make sure I drink at least 64 oz water a day and do some movement (walking, exercising, stationary biking) this week before Thanksgiving.
149.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 29.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.0 lb a week
