Been having pain and swelling in my right knee and doc thought I may have torn a meniscus so had an MRI...turns out I have arthritis...

Really need to get this weight off as I want to avoid knee replacement as long as possible.

Do you live in an area with in door swimming? Like the YMCA? Swimming uses every muscle and because of the water displacement will not aggravate your arthritis. Good luck! Believe me I know this is a daily struggle!
