my original entry on weight should have been 266 as I was reading the scale wrong. My doctors scale at the time said 275 but my nurse said it was weighing 10 pounds off. currently my weight is at 256 and i believe that to be accurate. so that means Ive lost almost 10 pounds!
256.0 lb Lost so far: 19.0 lb.    Still to go: 76.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
