I just can't seem to get back to my Atkins way of life... But I am determined. Starting today my husband and I are going on a 7 day egg fast. All protein, NO CARBS. Hopefully, this will get me back on track. I still am down in weight but have gained some back. I have another 25 lbs to go... I will do this by Christmas... :)
153.0 lb Lost so far: 18.0 lb.    Still to go: 28.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
