well, another lonely nightmare of a birthday is over, that's #2 since loosing my folks...I was suppose to take a few days away but that blew up in my face and I didn't go anywhere, I didn't even have the bird for company since I had boarded him on Thursday....GAAAWD! it too empty and quiet here, no wonder I filled my time (in the before time) worrying about my parents and stuffing my face.
speaking of which, I did go to sizzler for B-day dinner (alone of course) had salad bar with 8oz steak and shrimp skewers, stuffed myself like a hog...hate to see the scale in the morning.
Seeing cardiac doctor on Tuesday, to test if I'm healthy enough for the ortho guy to remove the hardware in December. And two appointments at VA for some lingering injuries going back to my late teens.
