Ok so I will start my diet today, which is so hard because I work in a coffee shop with a fast food restaurant attached (Lord help me). I have been trying to start a diet for 2 weeks now and it seems I'm still gaining. Hopefully this site can give me more insight on what I am doing wrong. I mean they say eat 5 to 6 times a day and I do, but maybe a doughnut and samosa are not what they mean :)
