nicki225's Journal, 06 November 2015

So after almost a week out of town for work...I had to jump on the scale this morning and deal with the repercussions of all my bad eating/overindulgence. I have gained almost 2kg in almost a week(5 days)-OMG, shock & horror. In the past I would have eaten to make myself feel better but thank goodness I have changed & seen the light and for Fatsecret& my buddies. Today is a brand new day, I have accepted the gain and now its time to get back on the horse. I think the biggest difference is how I react and my relationship to food. Before food was my solution to anything and everything even boredom. Now I know better and have found better ways for dealing with what life throws my way. I now know that by playing around with my calories, adding some exercise and keeping my carb intake low...these extra few kilos will disappear soon. My aim for the end of November is to finally break the 90kg barrier. Hoping that everyone had a good week, congrats to those who lost and to those in similar boats...let's keep positive, follow the rules of whatever diet/meal plan we are on and lets reach our goals together
Hope everyone has an awesome Friday and weekend:-)
