Day 15 🎉 got my calories down from 1500 or 1600 down to 1200 or 1300 my carbs from way out of control way above 60 I hate to say some days are over 100 and now I got my carbs under 40 closer to 25 most days slowly but surely I’m getting there but this is hard if i wasn’t stuck in a wheelchair. I could probably lose weight quicker, but it is what it is 🤪😱
