Well, i let the summer go by, did whatever i wanted, ate non stop. I did keep up with my strength training, but i'm back on the calorie counting & cardio bandwagon. Oy.
189.0 lb Lost so far: 25.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 0.4 lb a week
