I feel so fat. Stress and late nights with venti coffee to keep me up? Yeah. I've gained weight. I'm scared about weighing in right now.

Okay, here it goes... (drumroll)...

I gained 1.5 lbs. in one week. That's not ideal. What''s scary is that I'm so close to being back in the 160s!

I was in the 140s when I started school last year. If I keep this up, I'm going to have to buy new clothes. I already can't wear all of my pants. Sadness.

I can't wait to graduate, but that's not until 2017 so I can't depend on that. I can't throw in the towel and just think that it's okay to be gaining weight because I am stressed and in grad school. I think I need to cut down on the starbucks. My boyfriend said, "It's not coffee that you are drinking. It's sugar. That's probably it." I want to know if that's true. Maybe if I limit my coffee intake, that'll help. I also buy groceries each week and plan my meals. This week, I planned for green smoothies every morning. That might help too.

I'm just so overwhelmed. I don't have time to go buy clothes. I need to come back to center.
159.5 lb Lost so far: 67.5 lb.    Still to go: 32.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
