I've lost almost 1/2 lb since Monday's weigh in. 205.2 yesterday as well as today. The new elliptical is still making me work. I took today off (usually take Sunday off and then one other day, this week I chose Thursday as my "other day"). My midsection finally seems to be giving a little...I noticed yesterday that my shorts (which have been huge in the legs and butt, but tight in the waist) are finally feeling somewhat loose in the waist. Most 18W's are now big. 16W probably fits me best right now. Regular 18's...hit or miss, but again usually tight in the waist and loose everywhere else. I can wear a few regular 16's, but most of them I still can't quite get fastened. Big trip in early December...still my goal to fit in those regular 16's by then! Tonight I'm trying a new recipe I found on here...Baked Chicken with Mushrooms & Peppers. Using what I have on hand, I'll have to modify a couple of ingredients, but it sounds good...and I'm up for trying something different.

Steady .... and you'll get there!!! It is fun to see our bodies shift and frustrating at the same time that some body parts appear to loose quicker than others!! Maybe some targeted waist action type exercises??? Of course I have no idea what those would be because I am a very basic girl ... me and my elliptical machine!! Take care!
