I think the 2 pounds that I gained are muscle. I've been focusing a lot on weight training and have increased my protein intake quite a bit. I'm not too worried about it, but I am going to keep an eye on it.
138.0 lb Lost so far: 33.4 lb.    Still to go: 18.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 1.0 lb a week
