Well, I can't remember if I said or not, but I have a new goal, I started last week. Get to my goal by the end of the year. 10 weeks, 10.4 lbs. 1+ a week. So far so good. Weighed in yesterday, lost 1.4. 9 lbs to go. I'm pretty proud of the progress. I've been vigilant with the exercise routine and very strict about tracking, good or bad. That is definitely the key. Have a couple stressful situations in my life and my instinct is to grab food, but now I try praying or exercising or chewing gum. Works most the time. Try to keep myself busy, no time to eat then. Been eating later at night due to working later, which so many people say is bad, but it is curbing my late night eating so in my case is good.
