I was super excited to weigh in today. I have shaken things up a bit in my diet and really cut back on the sugars and sweets. It's paid off, lost last week and this week. Now I am 6.6 lbs from goal. Yeah! Sure I still have the stress and the days where I am down. Trying to exercise or read or something instead of eating.

Yesterday I worked out for 1 hour and 45 minutes plus went for like a 45 minute walk. It was a beautiful day here in Northern MN. Got to take advantage of these nice days while they are here. I have a plan for the winter though when it gets too snowy to walk out side, I'm going to drag out the elliptical. I'm on a role. I am now lower than my pre-wedding weight and literally the lowest weight I have been in probably 5 years or more. Plus I feel fantastic and that is the most important part.
151.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 11.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
