Third intermittent fast day. 2nd day of only 725 calories. My head hurts a bit,But otherwise I'm OK. After today, only 2 more days to go on the fasting side and then no more fasting until the 27th of November when I start the whole thing over again.

Diet Calendar Entry for 28 October 2015:
724 kcal Fat: 22.75g | Prot: 43.85g | Carb: 97.42g.   Breakfast: Skinnygirl Stevia Extract, Cardamon Cinnamon Tea, Thomas' Light Multi-Grain English Muffin, Land O'Lakes Salted Butter, Bell Plantation PB2 Powdered Peanut Butter, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds). Lunch: Earthbound Farm Romaine, Bumble Bee Chunk Light Tuna in Water Pouch, Wegmans Sliced Baby Bella Mushrooms (Crimini), Bolthouse Farms Caesar Parmigiano Yogurt Dressing. Dinner: Acorn Winter Squash, Cooked Egg, Kidney Beans (Canned), Brown Rice (Medium-Grain, Cooked). Snacks/Other: Blue Diamond Roasted Salted Almonds. more...

Thinking of your headache, make sure you don't get dehydrated and also that you don't get electrolyte depletion. Fasting is great as long as you get enough hydration, a multivitamin supplement and some electrolytes. If nothing else, Pedialyte will work just fine.
