I didn't get up this morning. I had slept with my girdle/faja on and it didnt let me sleep till 11pm so to wake up at 4am was not going to happen. I am determined to go to the gym after work. Killing it in the gym for 2hrs as punishment for not getting up at 4am lol. I wonder if its safe to sleep with girdle on through the night????
