Starting over! It is hard to do but I am still determined! I now have a Lifetime Fitness membership and I love it! I have been taking one class a week and now I plan to kick it up to two or three classes a week. I really want to at least get out the 290s before January 1 2016. Start the year with something less. 6 pounds in less than 2 1/2 months. Not to mention I have a cruise to attend in December. BUT being SOY free I know it make it happen. GO on a cruise and STILL loose weight!!
