My mom and my brother died in May. I am still so sad. This has been a tough week as far as depression. Moving around is hard. Praise God I only gained one pound.

264.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb. Still to go: 0 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.

I'm sorry you are going through a difficult time. I lost my sister a few years ago. It's very hard. Take care of yourself. You deserve a long happy healthy life.
