Finally back on track after the holidays. Now to just keep up with my actual tracking. It helps so much I do believe. Question for everyone. I got a Magic Bullet for Christmas and have started trying out some smoothies. Does anyone save your smoothie recipes or just enter the ingredients as you make them on an individual basis?

I've saved them but then I can't figure out how to delete the entry if I decide at some point that I don't like the saved meal anymore. I don't use the desktop version of the app, though... if you know you're going to repeat a meal every single day, it is still worth it to create a saved meal, in my opinion. 🙂

If you change up the ingredients occasionally, it's easier to enter the individual ingredients, they will stay in your recently eaten food list. If you save it as a meal and change the ingredients, you have to go back and edit it every time.

***and if you change the meal ingredients or delete it FS will then edit or delete all your previous food entries.

Thanks for the feedback. I will just enter them as I make them. That's good information to know about the editing and how it affects past entries also. I wouldn't have thought about that. It should be easy because as you said the items will show up in my recent and probably soon in my most eaten tab!
