not a good weekend a jamboree for my stepfather that included a bake sale, a christmas event for my grandparents before they go south, and a going away party for my niece whi is going into the air force, lots of food and beer was drank.
179.6 lb Lost so far: 96.4 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
