can anyone say yo yo? good news is that i had no trouble at all yesterday sticking to the plan. didnt even snack on lettuce or diet jelly. hopefully today will be the same.
111.1 lb Lost so far: 3.5 lb.    Still to go: 11.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
