I'm hoping this will bw good for me. I tried to download this on my phone so I would have it with me always but it didn't work. But I'm hoping one day it will start working but I'm gunna give doing It online a try. I keep telling myself I'm going to lose weight. I know I nEed to. I'm at the heaviest I have ever been and I'm not happy. I was doing the eat clean diet and started doing awesome but then my boyfriend came home from work and I was back to crappy food and drinking. I really wanna do this for myself and I hope this will help because motivation is key for me.
