So my diet was really good for a bit but by the end of the 45 challenge I ate outside of my ok foods. I was suppose to give up pasta, pizza and breads. I haven't eaten bread but I did have some pastas and pizzas.
My diet was to have my caleries include 45% protein. This is hard, like eating almost every kind of meat and still having to drink down a protein shake but I see the results of my hard work at the gym because of this.
I'm still learning and need to start a new challenge to keep myself motivated but I think my goal of getting 10 pounds below 200 before (full body camera time) Halloween is still possible.

P.s.

It's really hard to lose wait while breastfeeding.
204.0 lb Lost so far: 18.0 lb.    Still to go: 69.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.6 lb a week
