I am starting a 45 day challenge with Ilovekickboxing and I'm kind of scared and excited. I hate committing to things, which is why I like going to lifetime. ILKB is good for people who need the commitment to go workout. I'm not one of those people, I like just doing whatever I want whenever I want to do it. Thankfully the classes are at all kinds of times throughout the day and if I can find a babysitter, I still get my sporadic/I do what I want workout for the day. The challenge is to go three times a week, which usually is how much I plan on going but don't end up making it one or two times. This will get me to hit that gym and keep going. Hoping for some $ and weight loss/body shaping out of this. Wish me luck!
