Today I went for a walk with brewski (my dog) up to the big field, walked around and threw the tennis ball around. Came back to the house and worked out on the eliptical for an hour did 40 crunches and 40 side to side along with another 40 love handle crunches.

I have had two cups of coffee with milk and sugar with some french vanilla. then i had a BLT with doritos and a coke.

Along with my obsessive weight lost (no i am not anarexic or anthing like that i eat don't worry about that sometimes i eat really good but then there are other times that i don't..... but other than that i am not confident in my marriage and i don't feel he finds me attractive anymore because i am not the same shape i was when we got married so this is why i want to lose weight and tone my body up so i can fit into my old jeans again

Hello Webby. I answered your post about muscle toning/building muscle but I wanted to stop in here and offer my support. I know where you're coming from about being concerned that your spouse is no longer interested. I had those fears myself, and no matter how often I was told that I had nothing to worry about by my wife, the nagging doubt remained. It was a big motivator for my recent life changes and accounts for a good chunk of my general fitness now. Don't despair, and find something you can stick with. If you love swimming that is a great workout, if you love moving and competition Kick Boxing might be your thing. My wife swears by dancing and she has lost about 20 lbs doing it for the last 9 months. She was never really heavy but she's definitely gotten pretty toned now.
