I'm already on a 7wk diet according to my bloodtype. Already lost 4.9kg and lots of centimeters. Although this might not be as much for the average person its a huge achievement for myself. I used to loose 10-15 kilo's within a month and for years my weight was doing the yo-yo thing. I used to just want to do crash diets where I lose so many kilos quick to see the immediate result. Years later I couldn't even do the crash diets anymore and could not stick to anything for longer than 2wks therefore I am extremely satisfied with what I already achieved. I hope that I would be able to shake off the other 5 even if its only 1kg a month...so here goes to fat melting away...
