0.5kg up after a great holiday. Not to upset about the weight gain, but back on track and eating right and exercising. Watch this space. Sexy Christmas ahead
181.9 lb Lost so far: 13.9 lb.    Still to go: 16.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
