Its been hard this week. I have no one to pat me on the back and say great job. I need that every now and then. I think it would be easier if I had someone to do this journey with me, someone that held me accountable, but for now its just me.
I am seeing a weightloss and that makes me feel better about myself, hope I can keep it up. :)
212.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 22.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I know how you feel. My husband is a terrible accountability partner, and he doesn't care how much I weigh, as long as I'm healthy. The trouble is, I'm not healthy, not at all, but he loves to cook for me. Since I have a problem with walking away from a plate of good food, I've gained 20 pounds since our wedding day this past December. :( You are doing great! Keep up the good work!

Even if we're not there with you physically, we're there with you in spirit. It's nice to know that someone else is struggling with the same problem(s) you are. My husband is an awesome cook. He had to learn how to cook out of self defense, when he was younger. You can only eat so much chili and mac and cheese. We've been married for 22 years, and I often times have a gourmet meal set before me. And as AlreadyCuteK8 said, it's hard to walk away from a plate of good food.
