Finally got thru a weekend without adding weight. Got new batteries for my bracelet to track steps and hit my 10,000 step mark. Hopefully this is the start of a good week, ready for some real results.
188.0 lb Lost so far: 7.5 lb.    Still to go: 23.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
