OK, this is my 2nd attempt to loose weight since 2009

last time i wentf from 117 kilos to 102:7 then lostit fora variety of reaosns, myson'sborn before time etc

Now im down from 110 in june 12-2011 -keep a dailytrack
today im at 105.7

hoe this journal helps me and others
