My scale still hasn't been fixed. I went 40 days without weighing myself at all until I finally checked my weight at a friend's house. That's what I'm logging here. It's not much of a drop (for 40 days!) but I wasn't expecting much anyway. While I'm proud of the fact that I've gone a month and a half without a weighing scale and still stayed in plan, I know I've been cheating in little ways everyday - a little too much yoghurt or peanuts or cottage cheese... It's difficult to stay accountable without feeling like you're working towards a goal and without having a daily progress check. I have to get my weighing scale fixed already! Hope everyone's been well while I've been away!
