I got in a fight with Sandy on my birthday. I withdrew and went out and pigged out. No excuses, I cannot let emotional experiences drastically change my eating style, for the worse. I got an order of Cheese and Beans and Chips, the worst imaginable. I need to apologize to my stomach.
