Greetings friends, since my last weigh in its a sad tale of Doctor visits and weight gains, turns out I am allergic to our kitten, its bite and its scratches, then I injured my shoulder and arm muscles doing push ups. Oh boy the anti inflammatory and antibiotic's etc took their toll on my weight which shot up. But all through this I kept focus, limited my eating to my RDI, in the last week I started a program of limiting my carbs to eight per day or following the olds Weighless eating system of a planned formula. Which worked so well for me in the past. The good news is my weight has started to drop again, dont loose focus, keep your focus every day and remember why did you started this effort in the first place. Have a good week.
