I hate having a cold.
172.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 37.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Thanks, I forgot I have some Theives Oil. Going to try that. How come I forget these things at the beginning? Ha oh well. Should feel better Sunday. Can only hope.
