Went out for Mexican food last night and took a break from the food prep drag I was feeling. The food was delicious and I stayed within all my diet parameters. I was extremely tired yesterday and had a dizzy spell that lasted on and off for a few hours. Went to bed around 7pm and slept till 6AM...I guess I needed some quality sleep. I'll keep an eye on the dizzy feeling. My blood pressure seemed high this morning, and with everything going on, I have failed to check myself consistently...I plan to start the day with an energetic walk with my sister, spend some time with my dad, and then we are putting the log siding on the cabin today! It's supposed to be warm and perfect working outdoors weather! Here's to the beginning of a great weekend!
