My work is a killer... I work 12, 14, 16 to 18 plus hour shifts. Im on my feet most of the time. (Hey Im a Nurse) I dont get alot of time to prepare meals unless its my day off and trying to get a workout in is pretty much non existant... Im wanting to try really really hard, but I usually go to sleep when I have free time. On my days off or may a day off lol thats all I want to do is sleep. My body hurts so bad from physical, mental and even emotional exhaustion. Im hoping I can at least make it through week 1 of the p90x exercise and quick fix meal plan.
308.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 176.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.

It might be better to start smaller and work up. I'm not trying to discourage you, but P90 isn't easy. It helps to start slow and build up endurance. Exercise can help you with stress (which of course you know), but you want something you might enjoy. Yoga might be something that helps you stretch your muscles and relax (a few times a week). I am working two jobs and going to school. So I buy cut up fruit and veggies with dip. I can grab stuff and throw it in a cooler to take with me. With a little planning, you can take food you need with you for your day. So you don't grab unhealthy stuff. I would make small doable changes you can live with. As you lose weight and build endurance, you are going to feel so much better. Go you!
