Still fasting with just water, black coffee, green tea, and sea salt water as needed.
I am now 42 hrs into the fast, 126 hrs left.
I will be adding 1 tbsp of coconut oil to my first cup of coffee. Dr. Fung says this is okay and I noticed aches returning last night, so I need it.
My body finally said enough is enough and it wanted food. So having some tuna fish with avocado and mayo. I did manage a 48 hr fast. So that is a good start for me I think.
