The Cabbage soup diet did horrible things to me, lol. It's very gassy and can make your stomach blow up, lol
Good luck! It's VERY gassy, lol! It killed me. I stick with a balanced diet on WW now. But good luck!

It has made me a little gassy but I have already lost 2.2 pounds since Saturday.... I bet it was just water weight... time will tell... this is a cabbage soup diet I found on facebook.... it includes cabbage, mushrooms, carrots, kidney beans, diced tomatoes and chicken broth... I added garlic onion powder salt and pepper and I slow cooked it in the crok pot... it tastes good but I am already getting tired of eating it I substituted my normal breakfast and snacks which is usually cereal,,, lots and lots.. of cereal with fruit and yogurt and I cut out soda and switched my normal monster energy drinks to the no calorie no sugar monster energy drinks instead... the key is staying motivated and determined to lose some of this weight... time will tell
