OMG! Finally I got my period! Ok, it's just a few spots of blood, but this means that my hormones are slowly starting to work again. Unfortunately, it seems I actually have to remain fat for this, and I guess I can't ever have a nice lean body. I'm almost sad that my doctors were right and the cause of my amenorheea was my weight.
Throughout the past year I've tried to slowly put on weight to see when and if my period would start. My doctor suggested I reach at least 57 kg and no more working out. I've been around 55-56 for a while and nothing happened still, at a normal bmi.
Finally, during the past two months, as I started my job and had no time to do any sport at all, I packed on quite a few kg in fat. And I guess this is the result. I almost gave up last weekend and just started eating healthy again.

So what now? Should I go back to a lean nice body as I would like to have, or go back to sugar and fats and my characteristically fat ass with 58kg but seemingly healthy body? :(
I'm sad to learn I can never look how I would like to. I will try later doing sport again, but for now I guess I have to keep my fat ass.
Here comes the peanut butter and ice cream, and the constant body hating.

If anyone else has secondary amenorheea from a healthy diet, learn from this. It might be that you are meant to have a fat ass :(
