I'm not really feeling 100%.
149.9 lb Lost so far: 6.1 lb.    Still to go: 14.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

:( oh noes. Sometimes when i start to feel sick i eat more vitamin C and i cook with a load of garlic and that can help. If you're lacking in energy try a fruit salad. I like banana, blueberrys and apple. I hope you're feeling better asap! :D
