I'm doing a little better with my exercise not great but better but I'm still amazed at how out of shape I am .2 years ago I was going to the gym and working out , going to Zumba and then for watever reason I slacking off until I all together stopped and one thing I can remember because to me it's such a hard move is that when I started gym I had trainer for like 5 visits and I could hold plank for 10 to 15 seconds and that's it but in like 3 months I could hold for little over a minute and now I'm back at 15 seconds but gonna keep pushing through and it's not really the exercise I mind as much as the food and staying on track with wat I'm eating but I'm not giving up !!!! Today is a new day and I'm gonna make it count ..
