SLIPPING....
This week I was slipping hard, however i had alot going on, I will be back on track by tomorrow morning.

Ok so I don't really like to write journals but my fatsecret.com buddy told me this helps alot and give other people a chance to add input and motivation. SOOOOO Here we go.

This week I have slacked off majorly and I regret it but my biggest problem is BREADS....I love bread.

Anywho so back to the subject at hand...

I NEED to lose 30lbs by Thanksgiving that is one of my challenges, plus its my birthday month, i would really like to make this goal by then, HELP!
(This is about 3.3lbs a week)

Please help me stay motivated, cause I know I can do this.

I think we all love bread, Ty. The really sad part about that is that any attempts made to reduce the amount of carbs that go into it eith end up making crackers, or those spongy, nasty thin slices of bread that nobody likes. It's a terrible thing. My best advice? Whole grain bread, and I don't mean like Sara Lee smooth wheat or something like it. I mean whole grain bread, where you can look at the slice and see pieces of real grain, like sunflower seeds and whatever else was used in the baking process. Breads like that tend to sit heavier in your stomach, and the fats and proteins in the grain don't break down quicky, and there's more fiber content as well, which all conspires to keep you fuller for longer. The best part? Those breads taste awesome, and only have a few extra calories when compared to breads with less going on inside. Good luck!
