I'm having my BPC right now also! won't eat until this afternoon. Truly has been a huge help on my journey. My biggest hindrance is hunger and the low carb fits me to a T! Don't get HUNGRY like I used to.

Same here, Rckc... sometimes even when I eat I don't finish a meal. Do you just have one BPC? or do you drink it off and on all morning? I was having just one, but I've split my coconut oil and butter into two portions so I can have to cups of the BPC... I just love the flavor. Then I drink coffee with just HWC and stevia the rest of the morning into afternoon. I am a coffee fanatic.. lol

I used to drink a lot of coffee but now only the 1 cup (which is 16 oz, I have a big mug!). Now I have a hard time drinking plain coffee, doesn't taste nearly as good! I don't use HWC anymore. For me, thru trial and error, I have got it down to just the coconut oil in my quest to enjoy the coffee while still cutting calories.

What is your bpc measurements. How much of each do you use per how much coffee. I haven't tried with the butter yet.

I have a keurig maker and use a coconut mocha pod. I brew one large cup then using same pod brew small cup. I use 1 tbs coconut oil. I sometimes use a squirt of sugar free flavoring. Sometimes a sprinkle of cinnamon. I've also put an egg in on occasion.

booboogroom... 2 cups of coffee, 1 tbsp of coconut oil, 1 tbsp of butter, sweetener to taste.. if you like cream in your coffee, then add as much HWC (heavy whipping cream) as you like... some people use 2 tbsp of coconut oil and butter, but you may want to work up to that as some people have complained about the amount of oil making them feel queasy at first. Add all ingredients to a blender and whip up. Makes for a wonderful creamy coffee with a touch of foam.

some low carb people have found that dairy can stall their weight loss. I don't eat/drink a lot of dairy so don't know from experience but have seen lots of posts about it

I've been using prob 4 tbs of HWC and 2 tbs of coconut oil, per 8oz of coffee. But I didn't drink coffee until now. Lol. Want to try the butter in it tho. Thanks

booboogroom.. you may notice that when you use the butter, you won't need as much HWC. I only use 1 Tbsp per cup of BPC now as before I used 2. And when just drinking coffee, I was using 2 Tbsp of HWC but have even brought that down to 1 Tbsp. I just don't need the extra cream anymore for the coffee to still taste great. You might try reducing Tbsp by Tbsp over a period of a few days to see if you still enjoy the coffee without as much cream. Remember, HWC is a dairy product even though it is all fat, and it could still stall weight loss.

Thanks Rckc... I agree, when I don't eat as much dairy, I still feel full but I don't feel stuffed. When I eat dairy, I get that stuffed feeling. I limit my dairy very closely and only use Butter and HWC most days. I rarely eat cheese, sour cream or cream cheese.
