Had dark meat chicken with skin and brussel sprouts with butter for early dinner @ 2:15 pm

Note: BM stands for Bowel Movement. I track this because of a medication that I take that causes constipation. Before LCHF, I would only have a BM 1-2 times a week and it was a painful experience. Now I am having BMs 1-2 a day most days. This has been such a relief for me.
A little over an hour after eating, BGL is 117. Yes!
