Two weeks on holiday, lots to eat and drink with very little exercise this accounts for the previous gain. Back to normal now so hopefully will start to lose a bit more.
203.0 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 31.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
