basically starting over. my weight has fluctuated in the past year starting out at 173 pounds in February151 pounds in June and now 159 pounds on September 25 however I weighed 164.8 pounds on the 23rd I'm going to be doing Paleo and three our diet combined with walking every day and yoga as many times as possible I'm starting a new life as my divorce is final on Wednesday
I want to be healthy I want to eat right I want to be a better employee I just had many things I need to improve on. somany things I need to improve on
159.8 lb Lost so far: 5.2 lb.    Still to go: 5.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
