Wow, what a disappointing breakfast. Swiss cheese eggs on a whole wheat bagel thin with two slices of bacon and tomato. 453 calories and it wasn't very good. It needed lots of mayo which I skipped. Now I wish I would have skipped the whole thing. Hopefully it will keep me full until dinner.
Okay went for an 18 mile bike ride that will help burn off that bad breakfast!
