I've taken up mountain biking this past summer. I have tried to eat clean foods, less fats and processed foods. I eat when I'm hungry and don't when I'm not. I eat until I'm not hungry anymore not until I'm stuffed or full. I eat 4-6 times a day. Small meals or big snacks :)
149.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 14.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.1 lb a week
